These guys make the impossible happen!! All hope seemed lost for me. I was on vacation and lost my key. My spare was 10 hours away at home. My car uses an obsolete old-school security key that no dealership could even make a replacement of. Sebastian drove 2 hours out to me, fabricated me a new key after many attemps, and even refurbished my ignition for me. All within a few hours. He was friendly and confident in his work. I was looking for an authorized installer to purchase an after market engine immobilizer. I called several authorized installer some were too busy to answer my questions, others wanted cash. one place told me if paying by credit cards they will charge 2.5% extra fee to cover their cards cost. When I called Monty's Locksmith, the person who answered my call is (Jazz) he was helpful, took his time to address my questions. I ended up calling Jazz several times for clarification about the process. Every time I called Jazz he went above the call off duty. In the end I trusted Monty's locksmith to install the engine immobilizer, the instillation was done professionally and in a timely fashion. Jazz explained how the system works and took his time to explain all the details required to make it easy. He is knowledgeable and their service is exceptional . Jazz said they have 24/7 help line in case we need help with the system help. Thumps up for Jazz.

I had Monty's install a Ghost II Immobilizer for my Lexus RX350. I was late for my appointment due to car battery issues. They were very patient throughout the entire ordeal. Very happy with their workmanship and service. The true mark of a great business is how they treat you when things go wrong.
